Terms of Service
General Information- You must be 18 years or older to commission me or have parental consent from a parent or guardian.
- I own the right to refuse any commission.
- I will not tolerate rudeness, vagueness, or any extension of those two. If you are not cooperative, I will not hesitate to decline your commission.
- I am always available for friendly DM’s pertaining to commissions, etc! If you have a question about the process or about your specific commission, feel free to ask me! I don’t bite, and will try to respond ASAP.
- All fullbody work get a free speedpaint that will be uploaded to my youtube channel if requested!
- After lineart, 3 changes will be free and every change that follows will be an extra $2.Payment- Payment will be through Paypal, Vgen or Ko-fi only.
- Payment is in CAD!
- Through Ko-Fi there is a commissions widget you can order through, please use this instead as it helps me keep track.
- If paying through Paypal I will need your email to send an invoice.
- At the moment this is the only way I can accept the payment, if you have any ideas on other ways to commission me I am up for other options but as of now this is my preferred until I find alternatives.
- If a refund is requested it will be based on the work already made. If I only have a sketch it will be a full refund. If it was %50 finished you will get %50 back. If it is %75 finished and above the refund will be declined.Process (Update Details, etc.)- Contact must be through Ko-fi, or Discord DMs. Discord most preferred. If you ordered through Ko-Fi you may reach out to me there as well.

- A WIP will be sent after the sketch is finished which the commissioner can provide critique/preferred changes on. After that, WIPs will be sent if I need guidance or the commissioner requests.
- I will let commissioners know once they are up in queue and ready to get started on their order.
- I keep all progress on queue updated on my Trello.
- Process will be made only during weekdays and 10am - 7pm MSTExtra Details- Minor changes to a piece (marking errors, etc.) that have occurred on my fault can be fixed free of charge.
- Major changes to a finished product will come with a fee at my discretion.
- Overly complex designs will come with an extra fee at my discretion.Copyright / Ownership- A finished commission is (fully) my, the artist’s, property. Not the commissioner’s.
- I may use any commission to promote or otherwise use for myself. Let me know if this is a pressing issue, and I may make exceptions.
- You may not edit my work (removing watermarks, major changes, etc.) and reuse them for your personal gain without credit. Editing (ie: light hue changes, cutting of background) for non-commercial uses is okay as long as I am directly credited where said image is used.
- You may NEVER use any of my work for NFT's/crypto, etc.
General art commissions
- Shading included but you can ask if you want unshaded or not (unshaded will have lower price ofc)
- simple background: Free
- when commissioning me, please make sure to provide the filled out form and any extra information / notes regarding characters / the general information related to the art!
- depending on complexity and motivation i may limit the amount of characters added in one drawing if you request more than 2.
